Our partner courier has a cutoff for same-day pickups at 12PM. If you place your order before 12PM, it will be eligible for same-day pickup. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped out on the following business day. If you require same-day delivery, please contact us at support@koalatravelclub.com or send us a DM on our IG page @koalatravelclub. Don’t forget to take note of your order number! We will assist you with the necessary arrangements.

Shipments within Metro Manila typically take 1-3 business days. Orders outside Metro Manila usually take 5-7 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays! For international shipping, this will depend on the sender’s location

We charge a flat rate of PHP 150 for Metro Manila deliveries. For outside Metro Manila, we charge a flat rate of PHP 400.
